AIRPORT PICK-UPS:
When booking please book the time that your flight is SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE EXACTLY.

YOU MUST CALL US AS SOON AS YOU ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT.

DO NOT MESSAGE THE NUMBER.

If we do not receive a call from you / the passenger within 30 minutes of the flight landing, your booking will be cancelled as a no-show, with NO refund.

LUGGAGE & VEHICLES:
Please ensure that you book the correct size vehicle for your travel.
Traveler = 1 Person regardless of age.
Item = 1 standard size suitcase.
(For any item that exceeds this you must call us.)

MULTI PICK-UPS & DROP OFFS:
For Multiple Pick-Ups / Drop-offs please call the office.
If a booking is made via the online service, only the pick-up point and drop-off point will be agreed to, regardless of any notes or messages.
