Booking online is NOT CONFIRMED until the request has been reviewed and availability checked during office hours.
(We check each evening. You will be notified if we are unable to accommodate you)

AIRPORT PICK-UPS:
When booking please book the time that your flight is SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE EXACTLY. 

YOU / THE PASSENGER MUST CALL US AS SOON AS YOU ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT.
DO NOT MESSAGE THE NUMBER

If we do not receive a call from you / the passenger within 30 minutes of the flight landing, your booking will be cancelled as a no-show, with NO refund. 
The vehicle is dispatched upon receiving a call to confirm your arrival.

PICK-UPS & DROP OFFS:
For Multiple Pick-Ups / Drop-offs please call the office to discuss as this is not currently available online.
If a booking is made via the online service, only the pick-up point and drop-off point will be agreed to, regardless of any notes or messages.
